Fire works in your feet

Why Do Your Limbs Fall Asleep? Healthmad

Fireworks illuminating the sky one right after another.

But all i could think of was my feet.

I realized my left foot was tingly, sorta like fireworks in my foot.

They were.. one right after another, falling asleep!

So I was curious. Why do our limbs fall asleep? And why can it be so debiltating to for the first 20 secs while trying to get up or move.

A type of neuropathy, diabetics can experience this complication as well but not due to the same reasons.

  1. I've had a butt cheek fall asleep too. haha. i think it starts with the foot and radiates up the leg to the hip and buttocks. that should have been a signal to change positions well before reaching the gluteus maximus.
